Globally, almost one in three women have been subjected to intimate partner violence, non-partner sexual violence, or both at least once in their lives. To address this, Rwanda set up the ‘Isange One Stop Center (IOSC)’ model, which provides timely, affordable, and free services to victims of GBV and child abuse.
