In 2019, Vodafone launched a global domestic violence policy becoming the first company to offer up to 10 days of paid leave to victims of domestic abuse on a global scale. The policy set out a comprehensive range of workplace support, security and other measures for employees at risk of, experiencing, and recovering from, domestic violence and abuse. Vodafone is committing to build upon this policy with additional tools, awareness and leadership strategies to help ensure the safety of employees globally especially in these unprecedented times.
