The IRC is committed to the fight for gender equality within our organization, client programming, and through advocacy to drive change within the humanitarian sector. We commit to 25% of our funding going to local organizations, at least half of which will be women-led. We also commit that 50% of our global and regional senior leaders identify as races/ethnicities under-represented in global power structures by 2025.
