Recognizing the private sector as a key driver of human development, the Chairman of DP World FZE makes the following commitments as a HeForShe Champion:

1. Increase female representation across the group to 20% by 2025.

2. Introduce the recommendation for shortlisted candidates (band 4+) to include at least 1 female representative to proceed to the interview stage.

3. Invest in improving the representation of women on our board through our ‘Women on Board’ initiative.

4. Progress across all WEPs and report publicly on this annually.
