De Beers Launches New “Building Forever” Podcast Series - With Inaugural Episode in Conversation with HeForShe.

Building Forever is De Beers’ commitment to ensure that every diamond they discover creates a lasting positive impact for the people and places where it is found. Their recently launched Building Forever podcast series explores – by talking to the people involved – how the company is creating positive impacts that will endure well beyond the discovery of their last diamond.

Episode 1: 'Accelerating Equal Opportunity' is a conversation between Katie Fergusson, Senior Vice President of Sustainable Impact at De Beers, and Dinal Limbachia, HeForShe Partnerships Manager at UN Women. In this inaugural episode, they talk about how barriers still get in the way of progress towards a future that is fair and equal for all.

In May, UN Women released almost 40 Proven Solutions produced by the HeForShe Champions to accelerate progress towards gender equality. De Beers released its Proven Solution around Accelerating Female Entrepreneurship.
